Our canteens at the Malcom Randall and Lake City VA Medical Center's offer tasty hot meals, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and refreshing beverages. Each of our medical centers feature an in-house coffee shop featuring Starbucks products and a variety of beverages and food options. We also encourage you to take advantage of our full service retail stores which offer quality merchandise at affordable prices with the added benefit of tax free purchases.

The Cafeteria offers delicious, hand prepared, hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and beverages for breakfast and lunch. There is also a wide variety of snacks and desserts. At the Malcom Randall VAMC, there is an in-house Sushi Chef!

We offer a full-service retail store with such products as electronics, cosmetics, toiletries, clothing, and groceries. There is also a wide assortment of military specialties including hats, pins, decals, shirts and more. Also available is a wide variety of snacks and beverages for you to choose from. Vending Machines
Vending machines are available for your convenience 24 hours a day.
In Gainesville, vending machines/coffee are located on the Basement level near Elevator A (just around the corner from the Canteen), and two on every floor of the building.;
In Lake City, vending machines are located on the First Floor of the hospital (just outside the Canteen), near the coffee shop/Emergency Department.
