How to Enroll

Ask your Primary Care Provider if the MOVE! program is suitable for your unique situation. If the answer is yes, it is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Ask your provider to enter a consult for MOVE! on your behalf
  2. You will receive a MOVE! 23 questionnaire
  3. Answer all the questions and return it either by leaving it with the Clinic Staff or mailing it to:

Information on Classes, Levels, and Services Available

At the present time, the Malcom Randall VAMC is providing MOVE! Level 1 to Veterans enrolled in Primary Care Clinics #1, #2, and the Women's Clinic.

Information on Services Available

Employees have the opportunity to meet with a dietitian for a one-on-one coaching session. There are also monthly classes, walking/support groups, and contact to help keep you motivated.
