All VHA research records may not be destroyed and must be retained until further notice. When a new VHA Records Control Schedule is published notice of the change will be posted on the Research Service Web page.

| If you feel that any investigator or study
personnel have performed research in a way that is noncompliant with VA Safety
policies, you should file a report (containing as much specific factual information
as possible--what, when, where, by who?) with either your supervisor or the
Research Compliance Officer. To report to the Research Compliance Officer,
send a written statement to the Research Compliance Officer, Mail Stop 151
or call 352-376-1611, x.5542. Confidentiality will be maintained to the greatest
extent possible. A report may also be filed anonymously. |
